Everything you need to know!
My shop is full of fun and delicious art created by me. I mainly sell map illustrations and postcards because I love food, travel and drawing and map illustration is the best way to combine three of my passions of life. That’s why I enjoyed creating these maps. I also created other illustration and products and you can find them in my shop as well.
Why is it so expensive?!
This is something I get questioned about a lot so merits it’s own section. All of my orders are sent via Royal Mail tracked postage. Royal Mail is great but inevitably orders can get lost and if items are sent via standard postage, if an order gets lost there’s no way of tracking an item. It’s gone.
By using a tracked service, there are both physical and digital receipts and if an item is lost it can be either tracked down or at least there’s proof that the item was posted. Sadly tracked services do cost more money but all of my prices come directly from Royal Mail so I don’t make any profit on postage. My web developer (getting technical here) set up an api with Royal Mail that directly calculates postage prices from Royal Mail.
If you’re 100% adamant you’re happy to pay for standard postage (to naturally save costs) I can make exceptions but you must email me and I’ll use this as proof you’re happy to take a risk with standard non-tracked postage. If your standard postage item gets lost I can’t help you.
Generally within 5 working days although I’ll post as quickly as possible.

At the moment digital downloads will be processed through the Illustrated Kitchen Etsy store.
Your files will be available to download once payment is confirmed.
If you have an Etsy account, after your purchase you’ll see a View your files link which goes to the Downloads page. Here, you can download all the files associated with your order.
Downloads are available once your payment is confirmed. If you paid with PayPal or a credit card on Etsy, confirmation might take a few minutes.
We’ll also send you a download notification email separate from any transaction notification emails you receive from Etsy and/or PayPal.
If you’re unsure if you’ve purchased a Digital Item, you can always go back to the listing page. If it is a digital download, you should see an “Instant Download” message on the images for the item.
Please note that you can’t download a digital purchase through the Etsy app at this time. To download a digital file, please sign in to Etsy on your mobile browser or a non-mobile computer.
If don’t have an Etsy account you can check out as a guest, you’ll then find a link to download your purchase in the receipt email that will be sent to you after purchase.
Premium Presentation Paper
*Please note: The colour is represented here as accurately as possible.
However due to differences in computer screens, the colour of the actual print may vary slightly to what you see here.
If using a print company to print your digital file, it is advised that you obtain a proof copy of the artwork first, as printer settings can affect the colour outcome.
All products, apart from postcards, are hand-printed and made myself here in the UK. Postcards are ordered in bulk quantities from my home country, Taiwan, but are ordered in large quantities to try to keep carbon emissions as low as possible. Naturally I’m in the print industry but I do try to keep my wastage to an absolute minimum.
And finally copyright
Liv Wan Illustration retains copyright one everything. You’re very welcome to buy prints but you cannot in any circumstance reproduce my work without permission.
