As part of an ongoing series of map illustrations, I decided my first map of 2017 had to be of Spain.
I had the great pleasure of visiting Spain in 2010 and I loved it. My husband and I only managed to travel to Madrid and Granada but both were a lot of fun and Granada was especially beautiful.
So Madrid and Granada are based on my experiences in each city and I did a lot of researching as well as asking friends about what I should illustrate.
There are all kinds of amazing food, lots of architecture and all kind of characters and cultural icons.
Standard size for this print is A4 but I have also added a lot of variations to include different image sizes as well as a “buy it digitally only” option. Everything is printed onto top quality photo paper and depending on location the print will be posted flat or in a photo tube. Please note this doesn’t include a frame.
If you really want to see this map in a print I would highly recommend going for at least A3 in size. This isn’t me just wanting to make money, it’s because there’s a lot of detail which looks great when printed large. The print in the photo above is A3 in size.
Prices include domestic postage charges.
