Food Packaging Illustrations
Food Packaging Illustrations are something that have started to become more regular within my illustration work. Sure I’ve illustrated a lot of foods, food products and so forth but to date only a few of my works have made it onto actual packaging.
I’ve worked with one agency several times with their different food related clients but their clients have been really slow putting illustrations to paper (so to speak) so out of several products I’ve illustrated only the one, for Lees Food Scotland, has made it onto the shelves. This was for 18 mini snowballs which were really interesting to illustrate. The other products are yet to be released so I can’t even sadly mention them.
Another packaging illustration/design project I’ve been involved in is Taiwan Treat which is a subscription based service for Taiwanese food products in the USA. The nearest thing I can think of that is similar in being a subscription service is Graze, both of which you receive boxes at regular intervals. Unfortunately after my illustrations were finalised and I was paid, the person at Taiwan Treat who I dealt with’s email is bouncing so I haven’t yet been able to get any final packaging photos but the first image you can see is of the front of the packaging and the other, of the bear and child, goes inside the box.
