My Seoul Map Illustration is officially Map No. 56 in my illustrated map series.
As many of you know, I’ll be travelling to Seoul next month for the Seoul Illustration Fair, and I couldn’t be more excited. July is looking incredibly busy (and honestly a little scary!), but I know it’s going to be an amazing experience.
This Seoul map illustration features some of the city’s most iconic landmarks, neighbourhoods, and hidden gems. Creating illustrated city maps has become one of my favourite ways to celebrate the places and cultures that inspire me.
Every map I create is a love letter to a place and to the people who call it home. Through each illustrated map, I try to capture the unique character, memories, and stories that make a city special.
I can’t wait to visit Seoul and share more of my Seoul Illustration Fair adventure with you soon. 🇰🇷✨

Unfortunately, I had to cancel Saturday’s market due to the awful weather. As a paper goods seller, I simply couldn’t risk my products being damaged. It was a difficult decision, especially after hearing from so many lovely repeat customers who were planning to come and visit me. Your support means so much. ❤️
Thankfully, Sunday brought much better weather! It was still quite windy (I think a few stickers may have flown away! 😆), but it was wonderful to see so many familiar faces and meet some new ones too.
Mirage (@kiteVisionary) made sure I didn’t go hungry, as usual, and it was lovely catching up after his recent adventures.
Mel (@Jjilpapercrafts) brought along some craft papers I’d been curious about, which have already inspired ideas for future products. Thank you for being so thoughtful!
Karen (@Khollandster) and her daughter stopped by, and it’s always such a joy to see them. We first met at Hyper Japan two years ago and have kept crossing paths at events ever since.
Pree and Tanu (@pretaeats) were another wonderful surprise! We first met at the Illustrators’ Fair two years ago, and I was so happy they found me at the market again yesterday. Time really does fly!

Honestly, it’s this.
The conversations, the familiar faces, and the friendships that grow over the years. My customers make me feel seen, appreciated, and supported, and I love watching their own journeys unfold too.
This is why I keep coming back to markets and events. They’re where I find my people—the people who cheer me on, support my little business, and make this creative journey so special.
