Just returned from the London Book Fair, and it was a fantastic experience! Most of the publishers I met were kind and welcoming, and I had some wonderful conversations. A few of the big-name publishers didn’t accept my postcards since they don’t take submissions—but that’s all part of the process!
One of the highlights was catching up with a book designer from Penguin Random House. We had such an inspiring and insightful chat.
And the best part? Seeing my books at the fair—it was such a proud and surreal moment!
Now, I’m feeling even more excited about the idea of visiting the Bologna Children’s Book Fair next!
