So that’s it! Boring terms and conditions things over with. Now let’s get back to the fun stuff!
🎂 A new book is coming! 🎂
I’m so excited to share one of my newest books — a playful birthday board book with cake-shaped layers and slices revealed as you turn the pages! 🍰
Lots of rhymes, birthday fun, colourful illustrations, and even a cupcake recipe at the end. 🧁
And my lovely publishers are very sweet. 😂 When I met them back in May, they actually made me cakes for our meeting! 🎂💕
Clearly, we have a shared appreciation for cake. 😆
And this is just the beginning… we have many more yummy food books coming soon! 🍓🍪🍰
Have a yummy book waiting to be illustrated? You know where to find me — my agent @advocateart01 Art is always happy to chat! 💛
I can’t wait to share more with you!

Happy Friday! Yay! 🥳✨
I just LOVE illustrating shopfronts, and this time I’m introducing Moggy Mart — run by the sweetest, slightly hairy, slightly overweight cat, Crumpet. 🐱🛒
(And NO, he’s not a bear! 🤣🤣)
I’m having way too much fun building this little Moggy Town universe. 🏠✨
Which shop would you love to see next? 👀💭
My little silly comic book story featuring Crumpet, the owner of Moggy Mart. 😊
Crumpet just loves giving away free food to everyone because he loves sharing his passion for yummy food! 😂
I do wonder how he actually survives in business though… 🤣

Thank you, Seoul Illustration Fair, for this amazing opportunity! ❤️
What an incredible four days! I’m completely exhausted… but my heart is so full. 🥹
A huge thank you to everyone who came to visit my booth, especially all my Korean postcard fans! I was so touched by all the love and support. I even signed quite a few autographs (which is always so much fun 😆), and I loved chatting with so many of you.
One of the biggest highlights was meeting so many amazing artists. @a.cheongrin completely melted my heart. 💓 I told her how much I loved her artwork and how it reminded me of beautiful traditional Korean paintings. Then she secretly went and had one of her illustrations printed onto a T-shirt just for me. 🥺 When she handed it to me, it was still warm from the printer. Honestly… my heart melted. Thank you so, so much. I’ll treasure it forever. ❤️
I also received so many thoughtful gifts from other artists and lovely customers. Every gift, every postcard you picked up, every conversation, every smile… they all meant so much to me.
Sometimes being an illustrator can feel quite lonely—it’s just me, sitting in my studio drawing for hours every day. Then I come to a fair like this and get to meet all of you. It reminds me why I chose this career in the first place.
Thank you for supporting my little world, my silly cats, my maps, and my postcards. 🥹❤️ You are the reason I keep creating.
I came to Seoul with a suitcase full of products… and I’m leaving with a heart full of memories.
Thank you, Seoul. I’ll definitely be back. 🇰🇷❤️
Thank you, Hyper Japan, for having us back again this year! ❤️
We feel so loved and incredibly grateful to have met so many wonderful people—whether you’ve been supporting us for years or discovered us for the very first time. Thank you so much for all your love and support!
We hope to be back again next year with even more happy, yummy, kawaii goodies for you!
Until then… see you next year!
Next stop: Seoul Illustration Fair 🇰🇷✨
Hyper Japan Day 1! 🎉
Today was AMAZING!! 🥹❤️
Thank you so much to everyone who stopped by my booth. Seeing all my Hyper Japan regulars always makes me so happy, and meeting so many lovely new faces today was the cherry on top!
I’m going home with a very full heart. ❤️
See you tomorrow—we’re going to have even more fun! 😉✨
Woohoo!! 🥳 Hyper Japan is almost here!
I’ve been working my little socks off to bring you lots of brand-new collections! ✨
Come and say hi at Stand S91 (upper level, by the stairs)! 💛

OI! Lovely people!! ❤️ NEW COLLECTION ALERT! 🐟✨
If you’ve been hanging around my little corner of the internet for a while, you’ll know I have a slightly unhealthy obsession with illustrating food… and ridiculously beautiful food packaging. 😆
So it was only a matter of time before I gave my favourite tinned fish and seafood the kawaii treatment!
Introducing ✨ Perfect Catch ✨ — a collection bursting with scrumptious sardines, cheeky seafood, colourful tins, and enough fishy goodness to make your kitchen cupboards look suspiciously adorable.
Now for the important question…
Which tin is your poison? 👀🐟
Team Sardines? Team Anchovies? Team “I’ll happily eat the whole shelf”? 😂 I genuinely want to know which one’s your favourite!
As always, thank you for supporting this slightly bonkers illustrator who somehow gets away with drawing food for a living. You lot are the absolute best. ❤️
Now excuse me while I go and design even more things that make people hungry… 😆
🇫🇷✨ Japan Expo Paris — Level 1 boss completed! 🎮❤️
What an incredible few days! I’m finally home from Paris, feeling completely exhausted but also so happy and grateful. 🥹❤️
A huge, heartfelt thank you to everyone who came to visit my booth — especially those of you who told me you’ve been following my work for years, brought my postcards for me to sign, shared your lovely stories with me, or simply stopped by to say hello. Meeting you in person truly meant so much to me. ❤️
Thank you to every wonderful customer who supported my little illustration world, and to all the amazing artists and lovely people I met along the way. Events like this can be physically exhausting, but these little moments of connection, kindness and laughter are what make everything worthwhile.
Paris, you were amazing. 🇫🇷❤️ I really hope I can come back to France for more events in the future — I’ll certainly try my very best!
But there’s not much time to rest… 😆
