Be Kind to Your Heart Postcard.

I was inspired to create a series of posters based on the theme “Be kind to yourself”. Be kind to yourself is literally about looking after yourself; look after your heart, your kinds, your lungs, and your liver. While this is a serious theme, and I’ve had my fair share of health issues, I wanted to make this series a little fun and cute to attract more viewers.

This Be Kind to Your Heart postcard is not only cute, hopefully, but it will also encourage you to be kind to yourself.
