I was inspired to create a series of posters based on the theme “Be kind to yourself”. Be kind to yourself is literally about looking after yourself; look after your heart, your kidneys, your lungs, and your liver. While this is a serious theme, and I’ve had my fair share of health issues, I wanted to make this series a little fun and cute to attract more viewers.

This Be Kind to Your Lungs poster is not only cute, hopefully, but it will also encourage you to be kind to yourself.

The standard size for this Be Kind To Your Lungs print is A4 but I have also added a lot of variations to include different image sizes. Everything is printed onto top-quality photo paper and depending on the location the print will be posted flat or in a photo tube. Please note this doesn’t include a frame.

If you really want to see this Be Kind To Your Lungs poster in a print I would highly recommend going for at least A3 in size. This isn’t me just wanting to make money, it’s because there’s a lot of detail which looks great when printed large. The print in the photo above is A3 in size.

I can post your order using Royal Mail’s cheapest option but as there’s no way of tracking these items, if your order is lost or damaged I can’t refund, replace or accept a cancellation.

DESIGNED AND MADE IN THE UK BY MYSELF

This product has been designed and made by myself. There has been no outsourcing, no printing in a foreign country whatsoever. This ensures this product is of the highest quality but also dramatically drops any carbon emissions. My aim is to keep everything as green as possible.
